Advance Learn-to-Skate: Figure Skating
Figure Skating requires skaters to have great balance and strength to achieve form and finesse. Advance Learn-to-Skate Figure Skating programme will help you attain the grace and sophistication to be like Olympic medalist Michelle Kwan.
Advance Learn-to-Skate Figure Skating is suitable for adults and kids, aged 6-years old and above.
Group classes are up to 8 students to 1 coach. Lessons are conducted over five weekends, every Saturday. Skaters are required to complete Core Blades (Basic) Level 1 to 4 before they can sign up for figure skating.

For experienced skaters who wish to pursue competitive or recreational figure skating. Learn two-foot slaloms, backward crossovers, bunny hop, t-stop, and advanced forward crossovers.

For experienced skaters who wish to pursue competitive or recreational figure skating. Learn two-foot spins, advanced pivots and turns, open mohawk, hockey stop, and advanced backward crossovers.

For experienced skaters who wish to pursue competitive or recreational figure skating. Learn more advanced turns, two-to-one-foot spins, stroking, and forward outside edges and lunges.

For experienced skaters who wish to pursue competitive or recreational figure skating. Learn more advanced stroking, edges, back inside pivots, one-foot spins, and the forward spiral.
To continue on your ice skating journey, sign up for the Spin, Jump, Field Moves and Footwork modules. Please consult your coach to enroll and undergo the Competitive Stream, SISA Figure Test System.

Terms and Conditions: All payments for Learn-to-Skate lessons must be made online at least 72 hours before the commencement of the lesson • All payments made are non-refundable • Change of session when course has commenced is not allowed • There will be no make-up lesson unless with valid medical certificate • All Learn-to-Skate students are entitled to one chargeable admission of $4 for one accompanying adult during lessons • Management reserves the right to cancel lessons without prior notice. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: Ice skating and associated activities are classified as high risk sports. There are inherent and other risks involved in the sport of ice skating and injuries are a common occurrence of the sport. Skaters (including their guests and parents/ guardians) voluntarily participate in these activities with knowledge of the risks involved and agree to accept any and all responsibility for and risk of injury, demise, physical or mental illness, and harm, loss or damage to person or property (collectively, “Injury”) that may occasion from ice skating.
